Built in WIFI not available

I have a KDL-60R550A and am unable to switch on the built in WIFI device. I have returned to factory settings & tried every form of set up possible.

Please advise.

Hi Phil-n,

I know you've gone all the way until the factory reset but did you try just removing the TV from the mains?
