Bravia tv KDL-S32A12U

I have a KDL-S32A12U TV which is a few years old now, and a Virgin V+ box. When watching tv the screen goes black showing the hdmi log in the top left hand corner, after a few seconds it goes back to the programme. It is very frustrating has anyone any suggestions?

Hi, I have the same problem with my Bravia tv and was just wondering if you ever found the solution?
