Bravia smart and you tube

My Bravia kdl40hx75 smart will not connect to you tube as it asks for a user name and pin which I can't locate. Is it something to do with google and you tube?

In a word - Yes.

Youtube is part of the Google empire.  Whatever username and password you use for Youtube - use on your tele.  If you don't have an account - set one up.
