I have a KDL40EX523 TV, connected to my home network. I also have a NAS hosting all my movies, mp3s etc which has UPnP (but not DNLA) media server functionality.
My issue is that when perusing the media files from the NAS on the Bravia they appear in one huge, flat file structure rather than in the directories I have set up. In addition no artist or album data appears for the mp3s. I have another (cheapo) network media player that picks up the directories and metadata without any issue.
I think I may be, pardon the turn of phrase, pissing into the wind here - but can anyone confirm whether there is a solution to my lack of directory structure/metadata issue when viewing these files on my Bravia...?
