Bravia KDL40EX401 play through both

I’ve got a very beloved old Bravia (2010) it’s still going well but I’ve been using a Bluetooth transmitter so I could use some bookshelf speakers to help hear dialog in movies more clearly. But ideally I wanted to be able to have the sound coming from the TV and the speakers. Has anybody got any idea how to do this? I’ve played around with the setting for ages but nothing

Loudspeaker Activates / deactivates the internal speakers of the TV.

• TV speaker: The TV speakers are activated allowing you to listen to audio through the TV speakers.

• Audio system: The TV speakers are deactivated allowing listening only from external audio equipment connected to the audio output sockets.
