Bravia KD-49X8505B - Free Sat Guide

Hi there 

I have a Bravia KD-49X8505B and the guide only seems to update on a few channels for now and next, is there any way to force the guide to update for all channels ? 

Also is there a way to install Amazon Prime on this TV? and RTE Player?
