I have a KDL-37EX500 TV with the latest firmware. BBC iPlayer is available on the Video Menu but selecting it does nothing, just returns to the HDMI input source. Other 'apps' work ok. My Blu-Ray Player BDP-S480 also has BBC iPlayer and this works fine. Any ideas why the TV does not work?
