As of this morning all apps have dissappeared . I have reset the TV, the router, Changed the DNS settting to 8.8.8.8, factory settings on my tv losing all my personal settings, been on the phone to Sony call centre, logged a fault but have absolutely zero confidence that this is being looked at. Are Sony going to reimburse users who are paying for Amazon Prime and Netflix and cant use them ? Bang on the holiday season. So my Smart Sony TV is no longer Smart. Next TV will not be a SONY. Not impressed.

have you tried unplugging the TV, plugging it back in after around a minute and starting it by simultaniously pressing "Volume down" and "Power On/Off" on the remote at the same time?

I have tried all of the above and i can not get any streaming apps at all. My Brava Tv is now 6 years old.
