Install it and you will see  5 folders

                                   Custom

                                   Drivers

                                   Firmwares

                                   Loaders

                                   X10Flasher_lib

take the firmware to the  "Firmwares" folder

click on Falsh

Press Ok

it will ask you to connect your phone on Flashmode (turn off your phone, press the back button, then connect the USB) press OK

How to install it

You need to

go to settings -> applications -> check unknown sources

download IO File Manager

download the backup & restore app, transfer it to your SD card, use OI file manager to find it -> tap on it -> install it

Contacts

just to play it safe sync your contacts w/ google if you haven't already

open your phonebook

press MENU button -> tap on Send Contacts -> select all -> send it to your email

on your computer

-> download the file -> go to your gmail -> click on contacts -> click on more actions -> on the drop down menu click on "import" -> choose the file -> and click import

Apps

Don't worry so much about backing up your apps

on your computer go to

market.android.com -> log in -> click on My Library -> and send all your apps to your phone

SMS/MMS

if you don't want to use the backup & restore app then

Install "backup SMS" to back up your SMS and MMS to your Gmail

download the app, transfer it to your SD card

Download Apk Manager

open "Apk Manager" and voila select the apps that you wan't to install

An easier way to install the Backup & Restore app

download the apk on your computer, send it to yourself through email, make sure you send it to your Gmail

now on your phone

go to settings -> applications -> check unknown sources

wait for the email, once  you get the email, open it, and instead of downloading the attachment it will allow you to install it, voila, done

I did flash your stuff here Flash Tool said: success please reboot but now my phone is DEAD 100%!!! doesnt start... not even a light shows when plugging a cable in... what did I flash here that destroyyed my device!!!?!?!

That's quite odd, you could let it charge for couple of hours and then repair it with PC Companion

i tried.... 3-4-5 hours nothing.. I also put the battery into an external charger an charged it to 100%!! still nothing happening!!! is there anything else I could to do?

why did this actually happen?!
