Will U plz Update Xperia v to Android 4.4
Hello,
I got big problem with my qperiaV.
i just get this phone and i wanna update android to 4.3 becouse im on 4.0.4 (9.0.D.0.457)
but PCC and phone said i got highest update on android. What the **bleep** ?? How can i update my phone? There is any option on that? Or i just stuck on this old android. I wanna only official android so ill dont use any flashtool. Im from Poland and i dont know in my region update is avaible.
please help me
Hi,
why don't You try flashtool and clean fresh copy of 4.3 (v.9.2.A.2.5) it is easy to find with google.
I had the same problems like other users after upgrading to 4.3.
I've tried to upgrade to CyanogenMod Android 4.4.4 KitKat (rooted phone and installed CWM) but without success then I've come back to 4.3 but with flashtool and now I don't have any problem with resetting, battery draining etc..
how long does the update take place
Hi @bornville
The update will first need to be authorised by your network or country before Sony is authorised to release it to your device. Also operator locked phones takes much longer that other phones to receive their updates because they have to be extensively verified by the carrier before release. @bornville There are no more updates for V:
