Has anyone updated the phone in India with  Customization Version 1270-9887_R1I? Phone purchased from Singapore.

As PCC does not show any update.

Hy I'm from RO too, the same here , I have SI 1271-3718 and no update till now for me, on other forums I see that people get the new version of the 4.3.

We have to wait !

 Personal hello'm Brazil and also have a XPERIA V, it is at version 4.1.2 / 9.1.A.1.140, but it was bought in Italy and update to android 4.3 does not appear in SONY PC COMPANION, is there anything I can do? After all in italy it is already updated some time, please help me.

Try to update it with sony update service instead. I didn't get the update from pc companion either but with sony update service it worked.

Hello JPNEO, I have the same problem and the same version of software. But mabey for ower SI number the rollout of the new 4.3 wasn't done yet.

Mine is SI 1271-3718 , you can find this number on a label under the battery of your Xperia device. I bought my device from Romania, free of operator.
