Xperia TL (AT&T) unlock bootloader?

Hello all,

Will it ever be possible to unlock the bootloader on the AT&T branded Xperia TL?  I just bought this phone, and I am willing to wait if it's possible in the near future to unlock the bootloader.  But if this AT&T nazi-esque oversight is really determining what I do with MY phone, I am returning it, 100%.  Please respond if you have any information on unlocking the bootloader, or any future prospect of doing so.

PS  If this is a matter of someone needing to hack around the tyranny of AT&T, I will pay good money to whoever has the skills to figure this out.  I'm serious.  Nothing crazy, but depending on how quickly it could be done, I'd be willing to pay $50-100.

you can not unlock the bootloader, even if you debrand or unlock it from AT&T your phone you can NOT unlock the bootloader.

thats what i thought, and thanks.  even at its rooted state, the tl isnt that bad.

i will have to try that out.  the only person i know with another xperia, i havent shared anything with.  ill let you know.

I was dumb enough to buy a vendor locked phone on ebay.com - and then I had to fear about all those fake unlock sites. First one I choose did not work, but luckily they returned me all the money. Then I tried safeunlockcode.com. It took them some time (2,3 days), but then I got my code (two, actually) and it worked like a charm. I was really surprised,
