Hi @Damjan66,

I'm sorry to hear this. Slightly_frowning_Face

Have you tried to temporarily remove your SIM and SD card  from your device to make sure they are not causing this behavior.

I would also recommend that you perform a 2-minute restart, to do so:

ILL-SONY-14SL-FORCE-SHUTDOWN-low

  1. Open the SIM card slot cover.
  2. Using the tip of a pen or similar object, press and hold down the OFF button for 120 seconds, ignoring any vibrations, and then release the OFF button.
  3. Charge the device until a charging icon appears on the screen.
  4. Turn on your Xperia device.

If you are still experiencing the same behavior you can try to perform a software repair using Xperia Companion.

Keep me posted how it goes.

I'm sorry to hear about your issue, and I understand that you are frustrated but being rude to other trying to help you won't solve the issue but this will discourage other users to help out; keep in mind  that this is a global user based forum

  1. Have you unlocked the bootloader?
  2. Have you flashed the phone?
  3. Have you tested different computers?
  4. Have you tried with different USB cables and USB ports?

The only solution left is to contact your Local support to get it inspected / repaired.

@Damjan66, I'm sorry if I gave you the impression I hadn't read your post. It wasn't clear to me how you have tried to reset your device or if you had tried to perform a software repair.

I just wanted to make sure there was nothing software related causing this behavior that could be fixed without having the device sent in to an authorized service center. But if you had already tried this, I recommend that you follow @uliwoolys advice and get in contact with your Local support team for assistance with how to have your device sent in to an authorized service center.

Hope it works out! Slightly_smiling_Face
