This thread is for T2 Ultra users to report any bugs after lollipop, before you do so, try the following:
If your battery drain faster or the phone seems slower or apps are crashing, it'll be wise to reinstall lollipop with PCC
even better if you update deleting all the apps and settings, keep in mind that by doing so, you can not use the backup & restore app to restore anything.

Hi @Amans
So if your device works fine in safe mode, rhere is an application you have installed that causes the issue.
Will be at disposal for any question.
Best regards,
In another worlds, this phone works only in safe mode and is not capabale of installing third party app inside it !!! This is the massage from Sony !!! I'm sure by law we can do something with all this NONSENSE !!! Why on earth older phone can run third party apps without any issue and this crab can't ?!! I thought this phone price is reasonable but after using it I realized that it is vary expensive phone ...
Hi @Rami1970
There is an app that is generating the issue, so you have to uninstalled it and installed it again.
This doesn't mean that you can't run third party apps.
I hope can be useful.
Best Regards,
Hi @Shivam15
You can try boot your device on safe mode like this to see if the issue persists:
http://talk.sonymobile.com/t5/FAQ/How-to-boot-your-phone-into-safe-mode/m-p/348008#U348008
Also I suggest you to first run a backup of the device information like this:
http://talk.sonymobile.com/t5/FAQ/Backup-amp-Transfer/m-p/407253#U407253
Then try performing a system repair using PC Companion:
http://support.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/
This will factory reset your phone and erase all data. You might need tocharge your device for about 1-2 hours before so the device has at least 80% battery. Make sure the device is not connected to computer or laptop and turned off (sometimes you have to press power button and volume up until the device vibrates 3 times or on some devices you have to press the small button near the SIM tray or on the back of the device). Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the on screen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process. If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP.
I hope can be useful and I'm at disposal for any question.
Best Regards,
