Xperia T LT30p: doesn't turn on, no lights when plugged, no charging, no reset

Hi,

I restarted my phone last night and it wouldn't turn on, I don't get the battery icon, or the Sony logo when I plug it into my charger.

I've tried to do the reset (hold power button and vol. up button for 5s and it vibrates 3 times, but doesn't do anything.

Could anyone help me fix this, or is it possible to be sent away to be fixed as it's still in warranty.

Thanks

Hi, I've got in touch with an agent and it's been sent to the service centre. Thanks for your help anyway. Is it possible to close the thread?

I cannot power on my phone

It might be that the battery is drained. If the battery is completely discharged, the phone needs to charge for a while before the battery status light lights up. Charge the battery for at least 30 minutes, and then turn on the phone.

To turn on the phone
Note: Make sure that the battery is charged for at least 30 minutes before you turn on the phone for the first time.
  1. Press and hold down the power key  until the phone vibrates.
  2. Wait a while for the phone to start.

Well, I did this: my T didnt even light a little red light, so I left one day/night out touching it, then I tried to plug it again, I see the red light, so I ran quickly to plug it to the laptop USB, and it was charging a little bit, so I use all the Sony mobile , first I was worried about the contacts so I tried from there, then I release it was charging, in the laptop, I click in the option of " software Actual", then was charging good, so I tried better to download again a the software, in the same symbolized page, but it asked me that the cell must be at 50% charged, so I wait , then I did it

It was OK, ..But I have again a problem, they don't charge in off, it charge only the cell in on..But I think it is the USB cable or the plug that maybe its doesn't working, I tried with the car plug, and charged normally.. Check the plug or cable USB of the cell,Maybe that is not working good, and makes the battery  broke
