service center : There is no solution to this problem till now

Android version : 4.1.2

Have you tried to repair the phone software using PC Companion? 

If that didn't help I suggest that you have your phone examined at a service center. Please contact your local Xperia support team for more information:

This problem is almost in every Xperia sp devices
Is that manufacturing defect(hardware) or software issue
If it is a software problem I will wait for the 4.3 update

Do you have touchscreen problem when phone kept horizontal, or anytime??

when connecting usb completely stop working,
and frequently the touch doesn't work, no horizontal surface like issues

Go to your retailer and replicate your situation in front of them... i too wanted to have my phone replaced, but I guess it won't happen here in the Philippines.
