XPERIA SP Charging

Please I wanted to know if it's ok to leave my phone charging over night or not?

Using AC Power for 6-8 hours? 

P.S. It takes about 3 hours to fully charge

Yes,it is alright.It will not harm your phone at all.You see,when its fully charged,the battery will automatically discharged some current and is recharge back to fill that emptyness.And its NOT a LEAK.This is done to preserve your battery's lifespan.
