Xperia SOLA freeze

Hi Xperia sola is freezen after try to update SonyPC Compain frm pc to Smartphone.

What could i  do?

I have to connected the phone into the pc to  try 3 times push both botons 3 times?

No,just keep both pressed until you feel 3 vibrations.

It only vibrate once no 3 times and .IT turn off with green ligth during a half second and back yo the screem sony's logotip

IT works now is turoff could say the next step please I hope to recuperate my mobil!!Thanks
