my xperia s froze when I enter the sony website help me

yes it turns on, as it did before the update but there's still nothing on the screen. I don't see the colour design session of the beginning that I used to see and I can see where nor when to entry my pincode.

If it's turning on but nothing is on screen then it maybe that your screen has broke or if you can see faint images then the bulb which is very fine will have blown - An option you could try to test this is with your HDMI cable conected to a TV and see if the phones image appears on screen

I was texting when it happened, there's absolutely no scratch on the screen, it didn't fell either. 

It was a pretty smart idea to connect the phone to the tv with the HDMI cable but it didn't work. On the TV is written that there's no signal and my phone is still on but with a black screen, no image, no blurry image, just black with light.

Please tell me you still have a solution under the hat!

Sorry I wish I did - However depending on where you are in the world then you may have a case for inherently faulty goods so I would advise you to look this up and see if you have a case and would like to go down this route or you could get in touch with Sony for your country and have it repaired at a service centre at a cost where as if the phone is deemed inherently faulty there will be no cost
