Xperia ray update -> ICS 4.1.B.1.13

Hi ,

Do xperia ray can be updated to ICS 4.1.B.1.13.

Currently it showing ICS 4.1.B.0.587. I have seen in many discussion that ray is certified for ICS 4.1.B.1.13.

How to get the latest update? update center shows phone already has the latest available system update.
