Xperia RAY ICS 4.04 charging problem

um using ICS 4.04 on my xperia RAY.......i am facing some battery charging problem.....When connected to PC, the phone gets detected -> but it doesnt get charged bt the battery icon at the top will indicate that its getting charged but the battery bar is not completing is charging cycle similary  When connected to power-plug, phone shows its charged 70%, bt after charging 6h , it remains in 70%............but when i restart my phone then phone shows me that , phone charged 100%.........& when i charged my phone it shows red light , after full charged it shoes green but mt battery bar does not  shows full(agter restaring phone battery bar shows full)..............why the battery bar doesnt shows full without restarting phone????

After a factory reset and still try:

discharge the battery below min. 50%

turn off your phone

remove the battery

wait 1 minute

NOT turn on phone

charge for several hours

test whether OK

After try:

repair the phone:

i reinstall my phone software but nothing changed

You try to reset or repair the phone?

Try also described procedure - remove the battery.

Another test solution:

To complete repair the phone (not reset). Before remove the SIM card and memory card.

And try the phone.

when i use Update service,it said to me that "no new software is available for your phone, you have already installed latest software"...........where is the repair option?????

- Connect Phone to PC

- Open Sony PC Companion

- after program detect phone, unplug usb

- go to support zone

- at Phone Software Update, Click Start

- i can see repair button

- Connect Internet

- after click and follow step

- Program download ROM for Repair phone
