Hi!
I have a Xperia J. I was in facebook when suddenly it froze. I had no choice but to turn it of and when i tried to turn it back on it got stuck on the Xperia logo/animation. The only way to turn it off then was to remove the battery which, by the way, I know is charged. Next, I tried to fix the problem by connecting the phone to the computer with a usb cable. For that, I held the down volume button until PC companion recognized it, but when it did no options where available on the program except its network settings, and a few seconds later it just 'desconnected' from computer and in order to reestablish the connection i have to do it all over again, plug the cable to the usb port while holding the volume button but with no different results.
As I got impatient I tried to restore the phone to factory settings by holding the power button, down volume button and the options button after turning it on untl it vibrated for like a second, but nothing happened after.
I'm not shure what else can I do. I was thinking about using Xperia Flashtools but it seems than this model isn't supported.
Please, help me. I feel I run out of options.
Thanks in advance!!!

You might have to contact your local Xperia care

or you could try again but with a different computer.
Connect the phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 10-15 seconds > let it charge for 2 to 3 hours > try to repair it with PCC
Hi,
Thanks for your replay. I did as you told me but when i plug it to the computer the same thing happens: It's recongnized by PCC, the led turns green but no options appear on the window and after a fex seconds it tops reconizing it and the phne's led turns red.
Any other idea? Please!

Thank you for your help uliwooly. I just tried using another computer and it seems the problem was in the PCC installation process. It looks like it's working fine now and hopefully it'll reinstall the phones firmware succesfully.
Really, thank you very much for your help!
