Xperia P screen problem. HELP!!!

I just got my new xperia p and plugged it into my laptop to charge for a ccouple of hours. When i turned it on it had a faint white line running vertically on the screen and white fogginess around the edges of the display. I tried a hard reset but the problem still persists. PLEASE HELP! i just got this phone!

You need to sent your phone to the service centre for your phone to be examined.

in my case, its just temporary... the white foggy will be gone after an hour or more...

but its recommended if you bring it to sony service center..

It happens to me twice when i had updated my phone with Sony update center.It got dimmer after some time.Just see what happens in next few hours.

It happed to me also.. It happens only Wen its connected too long to the laptop... This happed to me only during the ics updatr:-D
