xperia mini st15i ics update

I can't find SI number list for ics update of xperia mini.. pls post it asap... its almost 3 yrs waiting for ics update !!!

Is your device locked to a network? If it is then it would be up to your network to authorise Sony to release this however if you wish to then you could manually update your device using Flashtools and a .ftf firmware file - You will find all details here along with all tools etc needed - Scroll down to 2 then at point C use the mirror for the firmware and follow the instructional videos
