xperia keyboard (running services)

Hi all,

I signed up just recently, I thought I'd ask this question because I can't find any information on it.

The question is regarding the xperia keyboard tab which is found in applications-running services.

Before pressing the tab I noticed that below the xperia keyboard writing it shows some writing below that looks like this;

Xperia keyboard
2:process 1:service

I went ahead and pressed on the tab loading more info up-

At the bottom it read

Main process is in use
-UserAgentprovider- 2.4mb
Com.sonyericsson.customersization

Provider customersization provider is in use


I had a similar thing showing up prior to doing a factory reset- same thing but instead of it saying useragentprovider it said customersization keyboard or something along those lines.

I asked my brother he has a similar phone xperia S if he had 2 process running he only has 1!

Why has my phone got 2 processes running?

Id like to add that it's been over a week since the factory reset and after the reset it showed 1 process but niw its back to 2


Can anyone help me I'm unsure what thus is!

I have a link above, I contacted a support staff member. They said its part of the phones firm ware intergrated with the phone from factory.

What have I done for it to have 2 : processes running under keyboard settings....

Those are normal processes in the keyboard,at least the first one.

Useragentprovider?
Rickard (moderator) said in a PM that it's pre-installed 'useragentprovider' into your phone...

I am talking about the first process,which is normal. About the second one,if Rickard told you it is preinstalled,it means it is.
