After another long chat with my phone supplier (Orange in the UK), I'm delighted to say that I'm receiving a new SP tomorrow - preloaded with the OLD operating system. This is a known fault with the new release of OS - it takes up too much memory for SPs. How Sony could release an OS for phones that would cause this kind of issue, I do not know!
Thanks for that, GreekXperiaSp - as you can see, I've just had a long talk with my supplier, and they're doing all they can to fix by replacing the handset. I cannot risk the warranty because voiding it would muck up my chances of getting the phone replaced. Crazy situation, though.
i am also faceing same problem. after update my drives extremely slow.... please help me.........
Ridgeback... I'm having exactly the same problem and I am on Orange as well... Can you please give me their contact? I have no idea how its done. I went to the shop and they wanted 60 pounds for a loan old samsung phone.
Problem is... I tried to reflash it, I don't know if I voided the warranty or not, I put it all like before with PC Companion.
I use a cleaner free from Playstore its the one with the blue brush
Yesas someone said its the RAM or rather the lack of it
Hi Everyone!
I have a similar problem. I have Android 4.3 (Ver.: 12.1.A.1.207) installed. When it was fresh updated, it worked nice. I avoid to install too much apps so I cared about its internal memory. Despite of my care it slowed down. Sometime i cant pick up my phone, because the pick up slider has a huge lag or I cant stop my alarm because it hes a huge lag. And the most annoying thing when I cant decrease the volume without lagging.
Could you help me to solve the described problem? I would be very grateful.
