Xperia Arc yellow exclamation triangle and phone icon on on preload screed ( booting )

Hello!

I have / had  ( as now looks broken ) a xperia arc and while i was doing update to it's firmware, it gave a error and now the phone shows  yellow exclamation triangle and phone icon on on preload screed ( booting ) . I am looking to put now a new firmware on it, but the problem is that the computer doesn't know the device ( Unknown USB Device (Device Failed Enumeration) ) Even thou i have installed the drivers of the phone in pc ( Emma , PC companion, USB drivers ) all are updated and the computer still doesn't know the device. when i try to plug the phone with a usb  in computer the phone's led goes  green . I try to fastboot device, but when it's telling me to  unplug device and power it off then to hold back button and  plug in the  usb, nothing happends. .

Anyone know / have a ideea of what to do?

Try performing a system repair as this will often fix issues after an upgrade - This will factory reset your phone

Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)
Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the onscreen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process

If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP

Hello!

After managing to reparir my phone and after it got upgradet to 4.0.4, the battery keeps showing 100% and the led is green. What' I can do about this problem? Before i used the original firmware, and battery  ( phone ) worked fine. The battery was keeping me around 1 and 1/2 day now after it got upgraded , the battery is green same as led ( full ) and after 10 sec is empty red and the phone shuts down. Also it doesn't matter how much i keep recharging it as it will make same problem. After opening it, it will shut down  after few seconds. never passing over 1minute.

Any help is appreciated.

Sounds like you may want to consider changing your battery - Probably a coincidence that the upgrade happened at the same time

There isn't other solution? As the battery isn't that old as it has like 4-5 mounths. I have the old one too and is doing the same thing after ikeept phone on around 30 minutes.

Problem still persist.

There is a way to downgrade the firmware thru PC Companion? or change it with the old / original one?
