xperia acro s Notification panel !!!

we all know that when we Drag the status bar downwards

in all android phones (Notification panel)

we find the bluetooth wifi and sound

my xperia acro s there is no any of this only the settings and update available

can any one tell me what can i do !

i dont know ! cause this the first android phone i use !

the phone owner travelled and let it to me ! how to know if it custom ROM ?
