What will happen when you tap a link on a page will depend on the page, the browser you're using and what apps you have installed in the phone.
In this case the information on the page says that you are supposed to rightclick and "Save as" in a computer. This means that you need to press and hold the link in the phone and select "Save link". This will make the phone download the target file to the folder "Download" instead of opening it.
The page does however not seem to be fully compatible with the stock browser in the phone as the download fails (at least for me). As you found you will probably need to use another browser.
You will only get the option to download if the site has set this up as an option otherwise it will always play.

If site doesn't give option then how can i download same file with my PC with same link? Site always giving download link. Through PC, if am clicking same, download will start, why its not opening Media Player in PC?
if the website doesn't have the option to download most likely it's copyright material and it's intended to be streamed not downloaded, keep in mind that this is NOT a WAREZ forum
Warez refers primarily to copyrighted works distributed without fees or royalties, and may be traded, in general violation of copyright law. The term generally refers to unauthorized releases by organized groups, as opposed tofile sharing between friends or large groups of people with similar interest using a darknet. It usually does not refer to commercial software counterfeiting. This term was initially coined by members of the various computer underground circles, but has since become commonplace amongInternet users and the mass media.
am not talking about violation of copyright law. you going to wrong direction. my simple question is if i can download video/songs with my PC with same download link, why i can't download with my mobile?
it'll be easier to help you if you post a link, when you access that website is it the desktop version or the mobile version, also remember that websites have certain content that can not be accessed through a mobile device.
My friend have Samsung phone. He is also clicking same link which am clicking. but his mobile support to download instead of Play directly. So there would be some option whether to play or download.
Kindly please check and let me know.
share the link

In this list there will be multple songs download option click any download so it popup one more window and clicking one of the link of that pop up window it should download the song.
Now in TIPO if am clicking it will play Directly.
On samsung Mobile, on clicking it is asking option 1) Android System 2) Browser
if user select android system it will directly play but if user select browser option then it will download.
I installed UC Browser in my TIPO and checked above link. So UC Browser supports this option and asking me whether to play directly or download.
In Default Browser its not asking any option in Sony TIPO phone which should be ask.
I think you need adobe flashplayer for it to work.
