Its a corrupted file, it happens because of broken downloads mainly, also sometimes it when you move from another source...

Try restarting your device and check if it works...

i have restarted it but it doesn't work actually i don't download i have moved it from file called camera in file commander to file i have created called hidden and i deleted the orginal photo in camera fila how can i restore it its a very vital photo so please help

This may be problem, u may not copied complete file, instead u did a shortcut and u delete the original it seems...

Is these folders on a SD card or internal storage...

Also try copying to a computer and check if it works...

those file on internal storage ..

i have copied them to the computer but they don't work their capcity is 0 byte  on computer
