Voice Recorder doesn't work

When I try to do a voice recording it won't let me, I even downloaded 3rd party apps and they didn't let me record either! Does anyone know what's wring or what I can do?

I'm sorry but all I know is that when I click on the record button it says 'could not record' , I don't know if it's a problem with just my phone or if anyone else has the same problem! Thanks anyway uliwooly !

Try to clear data for voice recorder in settings-apps-all,force stop and restart the phone.
