Very slow and poor Performance in Xperia j (11.0.A.7.5)

It couldn’t even satisfy the basic functions of a phone. Very slow and bad performance after the update to 11.0.A.7.5

I tried to repair the phone using the PC companion and then I tried SUS update but still the problems are remaining the same. After that I give my phone in Sony service centre but they failed to rectify the problems. They couldn’t even downgrade my phone to its original firmware.

So kindly send me the original downgrade firmware (11.0.A.3.18) as soon as possible.

Try to find the firmware from xdadevelopers. It is a best site to download firmware for sony mobile phones.

i have already contacted the local xperia care team (kottayam). They couldnt help me out. They are saying that the default version of Xperia J is not available presently and so they can't downgrade my phone.

please help me.I can't even make a phone call. Is this the service you are providing ...?? please try to understand the situation and help me.

No.its not an imported version. i think so. i just want to know whether the downgrade firmware is available now. if i contact The Sony service centre (Kottayam) now , will they help me out. They are saying that, if the downgrade software is available for them then they will give it a try.but presently its not available.?? why..?? pls help me

Hats off sony..!! i got the new Jelly bean update for my xperia j and its working perfectly in my phone...!! now its fast and more bug fixed.. thank you

I did it using PC companion Easy and Friendly

Nalee pls use the PC companion. connect your Xperia J to the PC then the Sony PC Companion will automatically check for the latest possible update for your phone if else, it didnt prompt for update automatically click the option update software in the top of PC cmpanion.follow the steps in the screen and your phone will be updated to jelly Bean. all your issues will be rectified. just try it. before the update, make sure that your phone have atleat 50% charge and take necessary backup.
