Too Many Problems with my XPERIA U

1- When i charge the battery to 100 percent , turn off {WiFi-GPS-etc...} then leve it without using to 10:12 hours it discharges quickly and it powers off
2- it only uses 360 mb of 512 mb ram
3- apps running on background cant be stopped and if i stop them , they start running within 20-30 seconds
4- camera app force closes too often even when i am not running any other apps and i have to restart the phone
5- sound quality became too noisy recntly
6- it can't display arabic messages which i recive from my service provider and it displays the mesagge like that {168^%

7- where is multitasking ? if i press home button while using any app ... the app is not minimized , it's closed
8-
it can't detect new ICS 4.0 update from the update center , but PC Companation can , so i can't update it from phone , i have to use pc
9- it lags too often and that's is annoying
please answer me as asoon as possible and sorry for my bad English

1. settings > power management/battery > check what is draining your battery, perhaps an app, or game

2. There's a limit on user available RAM, but you do have 512MB of RAM

3. if the app is running in the backgroun it doesn't matter if you kill it, it will re-open soon after, thus, draining a lot more battery than letting it run in the background, if you don't use the app then uninstall it or disable the app(s)

settings > apps > all

4. Settings > apps > all > camera > clear everything

7. Android will close apps as it needs to free up RAM

8. if its a major update you do need a PC

i can't find power managment or disable any app , i'm running GB 2.3.7
i searched for number 6 but i didn't find it please give me any link

As for ICS you have 2 options

1) wait for the update to be approved and released in your country, if your phone is or was locked to a carrier, you have to wait for them to approve and release the update

or 

2) manually update your phone
