Terrible Service Center of Sony Xperia

To the Customer Care support ,

I am having a very terrible experience with a service center at nagpur - Sai System. The mic of my phone was not working and I had given my phone to the center on 17th march and I was promised that I will be communicated about the status within two days. But I never got any communication and over that when I had called, they said it will take another two days for detecting the problem. Till now there is no communication and also their contact number seems to be switched off. I request the customer care support here to help me on this.
