Sony Xperia U Just Restarts

Hey I'm hoping someone could help me. I took the battery out while my phone was shutting down silly I know but now it won't come on. This is what happens I turn it on comes on then says Sony..... few seconds later Xperia then restarts and then repeats so am I right in thinking its a firmware error? Could I get this fixed? It doesnt give me any chance to enter safe mode I hope someone can help thanks in advance

Charge your phone for 30min then repair it with SUS
