sony xperia t3 booting issue

my xperia is not booting, it stuck at sony graphic screen. not moving forward. i tried to restart many times. still it stuck at sony graphic startup screen.. can any one help?

Hi @moideenkdl and welcome to the community,

I'm sorry to hear this. I recommend that you try and force restart your device. To do so press and hold the volume up and on/off key simultaneously for at least 10 seconds.

I would also recommend that you try to temporarily remove any SD and SIM card from your device to see if they may be causing this behavior.

If there is no change I recommend that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion on your device.
