For how long have you been experiencing this behaviour with the phone restarting? Do you remember if you installed a new application or updated the software in your phone prior to you noticing this behaviour?

When the phone restarts, are you using any specific application or service in the phone just prior to this?

I would recommend that you start with rebooting your phone in safe mode, that way we can see if any application that you have downloaded on your own is the cause of the phone restarting.
