My Sony Xperia SP has beet rebooting in a loop . I've tried the factory off switch. I've tried SUS and i lost everything because i didn't get to backup my phone. So after it finished I personalized my phone back to its original state . I tried to restart my phone then the loop happened again. Help please?

Remove the SD card and SIM card and turn on your phone (w/o the cards)
if the boot loop stops then its either a faulty SIM card or faulty SD card
if the boot loop continue then it could be an app acting up so reboot on safe mode
if the problem stop then just repair your phone with SUS
if the boot loop continue then its probably a hardware issue

I have Xperia SP, handset reboots in a loop. I tried below options but no use.
1. Gave factory reset.
2. Repair thru PC Companion.
3. Change the SIM card.
4. remove the Memory card.
And observed if the handset is in flight mode or there is no SIM then it will not restart. What will be the issue. need suggestion.
Thanks.

i have same proble 100 % copy. this mean definetely software issue as many peoples have same issue that eliminate the hardware problem, As it could not happen to many peoples at same after update to 4.3.
it should be better to go consumer forum for damging u r precious phone with such updates.
try placing your sim card correctly as it may create the proble i have done it and since morining no issue.
please ignore my previous suggestion.
But please belive me when i changed my battery xperia sp inbuilt at home the problem gone . as my battery was showing good voltage on chrging but i think it was unable to maintain it when phone demnads more such as finding network on sim card insertion. (Battery should provided atleast 3.7 volts and max 4.2).
Sudeen restart ,random reboot, phone dead bliking red light only.,this is not software issue.
So strongly recomond to replace new battery.
i am so angry with service center peoples saying pcb board problem replace it as my phone is only 2 years old. So decided to do it own and 100% working.
Due to these peoples have unloked bootloader to flash new software. and lost screen mirrroing function.
If they haved changed my battery i didnt lose screen mirroring. and also told me to replace PCb board directly withou analysing real problem.
So better way dont go for such actions to solve these issue.
may be the battery if it is 1.5 yr old.
