Sony Xperia SP does not turn on

Hello,

Well I have a problem with my new xperia SP. Yesterday I updated to 4.3 android and after the second restart I did, the phone simply cant turn on.  I am waiting 30 minutes now and I am watching the "Xperia Sp logo" crossing the screen without any response. I tried to reset  but i got nothing. Pc companion is not working cause the phone is turned off. ( to use pc companion you should have your phone turned on) Please If anyone now something, post it here. It would be welcome.

that's what i thought. i guess i'll have to reset my phone and hopefuly it'll work

If you are using Antivirus software, make sure that it´s completely disabled.

I'm currently having the bootloop problem. I have SUS open but can't find the Sony Xperia SP as an option to connect to

You have to run SUS in compatibility mode with windows 7.

I recently updated my Xperia SP to Android 4.3 and build 12.1.A.1.205 but after that there is no option to take screenshot..!! This option is absent in the menu that appears when we long press the power button.
Please let me know if there's another way to take screenshot or else bring back the feature....

The option is removed in 4.3.You have to press power button+volume down at the same time.
