screen flickering

why is that the screen start to flicker which i enter some of the apps like twitter, facebook, navigation etc.. Please provide me with a solution. Its totally iritation. Sony has totlly lost my reputation for the company.

I tried it.. but the server say no updates available.. what to do??

No update will available unless new Fimware was released,Try the repair option.

i also have the same problem, my sony xperia s also flickering after i upgraded the android 4 version, and i cant find any solution. sometimes, all by its self it turn off and on without touching anything on the screen. sonymobile please help us.

I see Big Font app installed. Uninstall it and restart the phone.
