Restoring my internal storage

hello everyone! suddenly i press on clear internal storage of my xperia ! everything was erased including photos! there is any thing to do to restore my photos! please if there is any help because the photos are so important!

Sadly,if you did not backup anything before,you cannot restore your photos.Still,I have heard about some apps that help you restore lost files,but I have read that they work if the files were saved on a SD card.Unfortunately,our phone has only internal memory and no card slot.Search for Recuva and see for yourself.
