relock Bootloder will get my warranty back???

Hi
Few days ago I have installed jelly bean on my Xperia u ported from Xperia p
And for that I have rooted and unlocked Bootloder for my Xperia u
And now I want to roll back to ics.because I'm getting problems in jelly bean also
So for that I have to relock bootloader and I have searched web and known that rellocking bootloader will get my warranty back...is it true!!!!
And I want to know how to install ics again in my Xperia u completely removing jelly bean and unrooting and relocking my Xperia u !!!

Your DRM keys are forever gone, no, you can not restore them, in some countries unlocking the bootloader void your warranty. Even if you relock the bootloader the DRM keys will be missing

but i have seen in xda developers it is possible to get ur warranty back!!!

I haven't seen that, I hope I'm wrong but check the XDA forum
