Hello, I posted my problem on a conversation but I did not give all the details so I do not know if we will answer me. So here it is: My phone had a bug that was during open application. My phone is then returned to the home screen (just the wallpaper and nothing else) and I could not do anything, so I removed the batery to restart it does not restart correctly SINCE it shows "Sony" and "Xperia" but then there is a flash and he put out the same thing again and again. I tried to connect it to my PC and try to update with PC Companion to unlock but as it restarts it's impossible to connect. Can you help me?

try to repair it with SUS instead of PCC , also let your phone charge for 30mins or so

The problem is that I can not access my settings so I can not check that it is within the parameters and Xperia U can not reach the SD card (if any). I do not want to lose my data so I do not know how to do without going into "settings" (sorry for my english)     Edit: Finally, I managed to turn it back on after following your advice, thank you. But I can not put all my apps on my phone because they say they are already installed (although they are no longer there).     Edit n°2: I try again and again and I succeeded to get a lot of my applications, unfortunately anyway I lost my contacts. Oh well, next time I'll record everything in advance to avoid this kind of problem. Anyway thank you very much it really helped me
