Problem connecting with my laptop via bluetooth

I've managed to transfer files from the phone onto my laptop via bluetooth, but not the other way round. My phone shows as "needing troubleshooting" in the devices list, and this is what I get when I try to troubleshoot it:

i see it is already solved, usually my laptop would detect new drivers by itself, but if not I go to device manager and select update drivers manually

i've downloaded the drivers but there's no apps file to run it? how am i suppose to use it?

Hey, 

I have the same issue and I don't know how to fix it. After downloading the drivers I tried updating the driver manually but that doesn't work. 

Please help!
