Problem connecting with my laptop via bluetooth

I've managed to transfer files from the phone onto my laptop via bluetooth, but not the other way round. My phone shows as "needing troubleshooting" in the devices list, and this is what I get when I try to troubleshoot it:

Can anyone help?

I had similar problem, Updated the drivers from broadcom website resolved most of it.

5 of 6 drivers installed after updating the drivers. I don't know the purpose of 6 drivers but I can transfer files and connect my laptop for audio and phone.

@nolramlb

How to install the drivers that you provided?

there are no exe files and also not detected by windows device manager when the directory is selected driver update.

I think so, I just let it do its thing and didn't get any error messages. I did get a nasty crash the next time I booted up though, and it took two restarts to get back to normal - thought I'd been virussed for a moment....
