pop up message is driving me insane

Hello,

For the last week or so I've been seeing this weird pop up message saying "Everything up to date" I don't remember doing anything to cause it, tried scanning the phone with Air Push Detector and Avast Antivirus but both showed no problem.

The d**n thing pops up all the time, in the same place no matter what app I'm in at the moment! Sometimes it whow every 15 seconds, sometimes it doesn't show for hours. Is there a way to turn it off?

Can you check if the same occurs in safe mode?

@MimsFromMars

Uninstall both apps and report back

@ These two apps are not the problem. I attached this screenshot because this is the moment I managed to catch the message to screenshot it. It shows for a few seconds and it took me some time to manage to capture it.

@ the message doesn't show up in safe mode.

You have an app acting up,it could be as well a theme. But it is 3rd party related.

That's what I thought as well. Is there any way to figure out which one it is without having to uninstall all of them?

Well, I tried disabling the few apps I thought might be the problem (Facebook and Twitter, since they were the only apps I was actively using when the message started showing), but nothing changed. In the end, I started disabling the notifications for most of the built in Google apps I don't really use, disabled some of the apps as well (like Google +, Google newsstand and Hangouts) and for now the message stopped showing.

Let's hope this is the end of it.
