phone crash

Greetings All..

I installed a game on my phone and tried to play it...it said loading but never did , now my phone is stuck on this load scren which i cannot get out of.

I have the sony xperia s LT26i. PLEASE CAN SOME ONE HELP...attempted to contact support team at o2 who i have contract with but to no avail..

Try reseting the device, please do the following.

Hold down the volume Up key while also holding down the Power key, the handset will restart and you should be able to use the device as normal.
