after i updated to ics ,phone and contacts lag too much ,is there any solution ,can i get the old contact app ?

and if i downgrade to GB manually would i lose warnety

you have 2 options to downgrade

1) take it to a Sony repair center

or

2) use flashtool

the lag its well known and there isn't quite a way around it
