Hi, I recently moved from Canada (where I bought my Xperia SP) to the UK. While mobile data worked fine in Canada, and both Wifi and voice are working well in the UK, I can't get any mobile data connection. I have data credit with my provider, and the seller in Canada assured me that there should not be network problems moving in this direction (while moving from Europe to Canada could be a problem). I have already tried choosing different network modes, turned the data roaming, mobile data and airplane mode on and off, and chose my service provider.
Any ideas? May that be a problem of different frequencies (unfixable) or a hardware problem? Or can I do anything with the settings?
Thanks!!

I recommend that you first try downloading new internet settings to your phone from Settings -> Xperia -> Internet settings.
You can use GSM and 3G in the UK with your phone but not LTE so you should set the network mode to WCDMA/GSM.
Since you bought your Xperia SP in Canada it might not be fully compatible with UK 3G frequencies, that's a hardware limitation.
Thanks! I set an APN and it works!
