Night mode

Hi Complete newbie here - New to the xperia V & new to Android.  My question is this; at 10pm every evening my V goes into night mode, which in itself is a fine and useful feature. However I would like to modify this for time, etc. and for the life of me I cannot find out how to do this. I've not downloaded any app to install this feature, it was just there when I got the phone. How can I modify it please, anyone? I'd prefer not to have to download an app to do this as I assume its hidden somewhere in the phone as a standard modifiable feature.

Open the app drawer > Smart Connect > you should be able to modify that
